a working internetshortcut on my desk- top

Hello, ......

The internet-shortcuts which I make do not work
When i push on the shortcut XP comes with a sigh: for
this work there is no connection to a program Go to
mapoptions ..... Who can help me
 
Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Options > Programs > "Reset Web Settings"

If this does not help, download this fix:
Set Internet Explorer as default browser:
