A virus named as "GAME"

Hi, i am facing a problem, a new virus is in my PC, it creates a new
file autmoatically names as "GAME" whenever i delete it, after few
seconds, it is again created. I don't know how to remove it. can any
one help me??/

Start by scanning with either Sysclean or David Lipman's Multi-AV:

After the initial scan with one of those utilities, get and install a
full-featured antivirus, update it, and do a thorough scan in Safe
Mode.
