a tool to check permissions for groups and users

Hi all
I am looking for a tool or script that I can run against security groups or
user accounts and it will tell me what they have access to folder and file
wise.
IE instead of checking a folder to see what ACLs are against it, Check an
actual Group or user to see what folders and files they have access to
TIA
