A strange problem under Windows Server 2003 sp1

Input a URL like "rtsp://******.rmvb" in the address box of IE, The IE auto
translate to "res://******.rmvb"

The RealPlayer is already installed, and the RTSP protocol was registered on
system.

who can resolve this? thanks....
