a strange dotted line going from the top of my page straight down

Hey there, i am hoping one of you smart guys will help me. i have a dotted
line going straight down my page. from the top of page till almost the
bottom. looks like somthing maybe with the tables or somthing. can you please
help me. i have tried everything. it goes straight down my tabel in the
middle. it has small dotes going all the wya. please help.
