For those that used to watch Star trek TNG heres a fact about Data
According his own diagnostics, Commander Data's data storage capacity is 80 quadrillion bits. This translates into 10 petabytes or 10 PB. For comparison purposes, the HTML content of the internet ca. 2005 is estimated at 1-2 PB.
Put in a differnt way and taken from another page. Not worked it out so dont quote me
Data has 100,000 terabytes of memory (equiv to 100,000,000 one-GB hard
drives). When on trial, he stated that he had a storage capacity of 800
quadrillion bits (100 quadrillion bytes). Data processes 60 trillion
computations per second. If you'd like to compare Data's 100,000
terabytes of storage capacity to something real-world, someone mentioned
a chart that set the maximum storage capacity of the human brain to
approximately 3 teraBITS, which would mean that Data's brain could
contain everything from over 260,000 human brains.
