Hi Plun

Oh No!! Not another Active X Control - I might have guessed :) Where would
we be without them ? :) Question is: Is it safe? Austria? Next will be
Lithuania, maybe even Chechniya? :) I`d prefer to head west rather than east
;) Place my trust in Bill G and MS rather than the intentions of our
eastbound friends. Now I`m becoming too political ........

Kind Regards

Stu ;)

Hi Stu

ActiveX modules are nice to play with, especially with IE7.... ;)

Well,it´s from Austria. Emsisift and a-squared also has a high rank.

I am going more and more to east, maybe Kaspersky labs will be
next stop. They seems to know the bad guys....... ;)
and they have no scruples about removing "trusthworthy" keyloggers or
radmin programs.

Well, maybe it´s time to clean this Internet "cloak" .... ;)

or to learn users about "Human stupidity" as MS calls it !?

regards
plun

Hi Plun

Wish I had the time and resources to `play with fire` but sadly I do not.
Have a wife, family, no insurance and no resources ;)

Kind Regards.

MOving "East" is NOT a problem. Ewido, A Squared, and Kaspersky are all
"east" but are darn good programs. Perhaps because they know the enemy and
don't put on blinders to it. I trust what works, regardless of where it
comes from. And "locally grown" does not necessarily mean better. Americans
are too parochial anyway and there can be no isolationism on the Internet.

LOL! I'm not sure what you mean, but I believe in pragmatism and that "we
have nothing to fear but fear itself." If you invest any $$ in security
programs, first pick one that will backup your files and programs so that you
can replace them as easily as possible. That takes much of the fear away.
