a spinning gif while a page is loading

How..or where do I get a gif that is goes into some motion (e.g. spinning)
when someone hits the submit button and is waiting for a page to load. I'm
using FP 2002.

Can you please clarify a few things:

Are you after something similar to

1) what you seen macrodobe (Macromedia) Flash files when they have a
pre-loader animation saying "Loading .....10%....20%" etc)

2) Having a web page that does a similar thing to (1) above?

With Standard HTML, most pages load pretty fast, so there's no real need for
such a "Loading" page since HTML pages generally display as they load so the
idea won't work.

Even if you had such a screen, and had a meta tag "redirect" to the real
homepage, that real page would still take time to load (since it won't
"preload" in the way you're thinking.
