A runtime error, plz help

When I open almost any web page, I continuously receive a message "A
runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug?". I did not
understand the resolution presented in Microsoft Support

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

Thanks for that help. I, too, had the same problem and
logged on to the newsgroup to try to figure out what the
problem was. Your response was right there, and helped
me solve the problem quickly. Again, I appreciate the
tip.
