A random upshot in Security Log fill-ups

My workplace uses a robust firewall with intrusion prevention,
anti-virus, and anti-spyware at the gateway, and has great netowrk
security as far as I'm concerned. Recently in the past couple days we
have had 5 computers come up with the security log full error upon
attempt to login. We have cleared the logs and are setting the security
log settings to "overwrite as needed."

Is there a possible explaination why we might be having these computers
have this error message now, when we haven't had a problem at all with
the security log being full before?

Our current settings are to have it at 512kb and on a 7 day overwrite.

Thanks,

We have had that information, we were wondering if there might be a
specific cause for us all the sudden having five different computers
have this error since we haven't had the problem before.
