Can someone tell me how to shut off, or turn on the favorites where
it shows all my favorites instead of the arrows to make it bigger...I
have looked in the Internet Options but cannot locate it...Thanks

If I understand you rught(of which Im not so sure) then
on top of browser page you click "View" and
under "toolbar" click "standard buttons" it then shows
a "favorites" button on which you click.
If,however, this option is already on(a small "v" next to
it) so on "toolbar" go to "customize" and on the right
window look for the "favorites" button, click on it and
then on "add".

Yea, I'm having a hard time explaining...If you click the favorites
button, a box comes down with your favorites. If you have just a few
you see them all.If you have many, the box doesn't open all the way,
but has little arrows on the bottom of the boxes to enlarge the box to
see all your favorites. There is a setting "somewhere" that opens the
favorites completely without having to click the little arrows...

Open Internet Options. (Tools> Internet Options from the Internet Explorer
Tool Bar) Go to the advanced tab and remove the check mark from "Enable
personalized favorites menu." Click "OK."
