A question,please

When I turn up/down the volume , a sound like "dee--" turns up along with my adjusting. I click the sound tab in " the sound and audio devices properties " and choose the" sound scheme " as "no sounds". But the sound "dee--" still exists . How can I turn off the annoying sound when I want to adjust the volume ? Thank you.
 
Could be feedback. Are your speakers near a microphone or headset?
