"A program is trying to send email"

"A program is trying to automatically send email on your behalf" window opens up when we send mail from our custom appication. In Outlook 2003 is there anyway to keep this from happening? I know in Outlook Express its just a click box.
 
It's not a check box in Outlook. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup.htm#autosec . The best solution is
to rewrite the application to avoid the prompts.
