"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses..."

I have developed an VB6 application that uses MSMAPI.
When send a message I get a dialog with a OK and Cancel
button and the message:
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "No".

Allow access for [select a time]"

This began occurring when I upgraded to Outlook 2002.

Does anyone know how to turn off this message? Is this a
delegate function?
