Confused Office User

Outlook 2003
Is there a solution from MS to disable this warning when Word is the email
editor? I am not able to use a third party add-in.

I have a similar problem after installing Office XP on a new laptop with
Windows Vista. Every time I start Outlook I get this message once for every
entry in my Contacts folder (several hundred times until I deleted all of my
contacts). The addin tool does not stop this. It identified a "btosif.dll" as
the culprit; this is apparently a bluetooth application, which I have no idea
how to disable. After running the addin tool I can add a contact without
getting the message, but the next time I start Outlook I again get the
message for every entry in my contact list. I have no idea what to do at this
point.

That won't be the only problem you encounter. Outlook 2002 is not
compaitble with Vista.

With Outlook closed, try deleting the file
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\extend.dat
