A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in.

I am usinf Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2003. The program creates an e-mail
when a software issue is resolved. We get several of the windows that pop
indicating
A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in outlook.
Which we now respond with yes.

Is there a way to get rid of this message window?
