I have a Windows XP sp1 machine with Office 2002(XP) with
SP3 and all updates/patches installed. Clean installation
with everything. The problem is when he creates a new e-
mail and clicks the to field to select an e-mail address
from the GAL he gets the message: A program is trying to
access addresses you have stored in Outlook and then gives
you the ability to set a time for how long the program can
access the address book. I have seen this with palm
software and other older software because of the e-mail
security update. But the thing is it's poping up when I'm
trying to right an e-mail addessing the Exchange 2000
GAL. If I go into options > mail format and turn off
using word as the editor of e-mail messages the popup goes
away. If I enable word as the editor of e-mail messages
it pops back up. It shouldn't do this. Anybody have any
suggestions. The person would like to use word as there
editor.

Thank you.
