Go to folder: "Windows Embedded Data" and check security and share
priviliges placed on Repository folder. For test you might want to give all
access to everyone in both cases.
DB is accessing files trough \\yourcomupter\\Repositories network share, so
you must make sure that you have enough right to modify these files trough
network.
