A private folder that I cannot remove....

I just re-installed XP and was setting up my users, but
in the process I marked a folder as "private" - Later, I
ended up deleting that user account... so now there is a
folder on the hard drive that is "private" and will not
let me delete it. Any thoughts on how I could get ride
of this folder ?
