Built a computer about a year ago and since it had onboard graphics decided
to install a new card, I disabled the onboard in the Bios and the computer
refuses to show any graphics at all can't even get into the bios or DOS
using a boot disk, the computer seems to be booting internally I can hear
the beep and other noises as it boots. Any help for this old man?

Find the cmos reset jumper and use it. No need to disable onboard
graphics, if it finds a graphics card and it is set to use it first it
should work.

should have auto detect of the add on card.
when you plug the monitor into the integrated port do you have video?
check the seating of the AGP card

Since it's been a year since I built this, I can't seem to find the manual
or the driver cd, and can't seem to locate their web site.

unplug pull the battery...wait 5 minutes
put battery back

on boot:
Checksum error F1 to enter setup
Set the proper switches or load 'safe boot defaults'

JAD is correct, that should do it.
