I am a new user creating my first data base with Office 2000. I have made 2
tables, a form from them. If a want to add a field to my table how can I get
it on my form without making a new form?

Don't be fooled by the use of wizards. They are NOT the only way to build or
edit a form and once you have used Access for a bit you will likely find that
they are not even the "usual" way that you will build forms.

Open the form in design view and make whatever edits you need. You might need
to modify the RecordSource property so that it includes the new field added to
the table. Once in the field list, just drag it to the form and a new control
will be created for it.

Open the form in design view, add a text box or other control that may be
more appropriate, click on it to select it and set its Control Source
property to the new field in the property sheet. (View ... Properties)
Arrange the control to the place you want, and change the tab order, as
necessary, from the View menu.
