I we could get a new beta release that has the ability to scan cookies
and with a Winsock2 repairer then the messages in these groups would
drop 70%.

My two cents worth!

winsock repairer is not necessary because with Microsoft
Antispyware your winsock stay protected
 
This should be true for those maintaining the real-time protection, but
those installing and scanning for the first time may find stuff in place
that breaks Winsock LSP upon removal.
