A major problem with regards fast user switching and logging off

Hi, I have just got the official version of XP and have
found that the system crashes- on the XP blue screen-
everytime that I try to switch users or log off a user
after switching users.

I am using the professional edition and have converted
the file to NTFS file system and also have another
previous installation of - pirate- XP on the same
computer. Could this previous installation be causing
problems? If so how can I uninstall it?

I think the problem is that you just have two copies of
Win XP on there (the fact that it's pirated isn't what's
screwing it up). When you boot up, does it give you the
option to boot to both the old and new copies of XP? If
so, you may be able to just unistall the old one and
hopefully solve your problems.
