A little help with an Input Mask

Hi. I am trying to set up an input mask, using Input Mask
in the fields Properties. I want to be able to restrict
entry to a value like Year 1 (ie the first character must
be a capital letter, then three lower case letters, then
a space then a single digit). Ive managed other masks but
I cant seem to make sense of the Help info on this one.
