A user has asked my help. She can view her Inbox, Calendar, Tasks, etc. with
her Outlook 2000 client. However, she cannot view the Contacts folder. No
errors are displayed. Only a sentence: "Cannot display the content"

Troubleshooting:
-Access to Contacts via OWA. Ready & Works fine
-Repair Outlook 2000. Ready
-Reinstall Office 2000. Ready
-Configure test account. Ready & Works fine with my account.
-....however, the user cannot view her Contacts in the Oulook Client.

Any suggestion?

I don't see "ran the Inbox Repair Tool" in your list of troubleshooting.

Hi Brian, thanks.

Is not a PST file. I refer to Contacts folder in the mailbox of the user.

Can I use the Inbox Repair Tool in this escenario?

Thanks for your attention,

Nope. Exchange servers have other mailbox repair tools.

Hi. The problem has been solved. I moved the user's mailbox from a server to
another.

I think that the origin of the problem was data corruption

Brian, thank you
