A header that automatically updates the file name when "Saving As"

Both Excel and Word have features where you can insert a tag in the header
that will automatically update.... one being the Name of the document..... I
really want to do a presentation and insert the file name on the slide which
will CHANGE when I save it AS with a new presentation name. Any suggestions?
