Does anybody could recommend a good freeware slide-show? Better if can
play sound in background.

From a previous post...
The ImageForge paint program - www.cursorarts.com/ca_imffw.html - has
a function to create an executable slide show (or screensaver) with
..wav background sound. Here are the instructions from another post...

1- go to its "Tools" menu
2- choose "Create Album or Slide Show"
3- use the + button on the "Image Files" tab to add your pictures
4- go to the Viewer tab and assign a name (ending in .exe) for the
program
6- go to the Slideshow tab to choose effects and background sound if
wanted

If you want to run the slide show as a screen saver, checkmark the
Screen Saver option on the "Image Files" tab, and for the "Viewer"
tab, make the file name end in .scr (instead of .exe).




(don't live at a com or net - address listed is altered)

No, IrfanView doesn't do sound. But if you're looking for an easy-to-make-
and-easy-to-use slideshow-creator, it's a good place to start.
