a glitch in Frontpage 2003 photo gallery captions?

I have been adding captions to my different photo galleries and for some
reason, the function no longer works. Is there a limit on how many captions
you can have on a web site or something? Adding captions is such a simple
process but when I add them, they don't "save" and therefore don't appear on
the page. HELP!
 
Sorry, but here I am replying to myself -- as soon as I sent this I saw the
other posts suggesting NOT to use FP photo gallery & use Jabum instead.
Sorry about that. This is a very useful site that I didn't know existed
until today! Good info!
