A freeware to create virtual drives?

I need a freeware to create virtual drives so, for example, c:\Program
Files\Idunno may became a root directory with letter E:\ F:\ G:\ and so
on.

This is th old DOS SUBST command

You already have it, it is called "subst", and it is on all versions of
Windoze up to Win2KAS, so it is presumably in XP as well.
