A File's Last Access Time....

I was wondering what default automated operations carried out by XP can
change the last accessed date/time?

I have the usual ones like coping, editing, opening but it there
anything that
changes the access time behind the scenes?

Can't give you an answer, but I do know that even reads are
included in the Last Access time, so it's a very long list.
