A feature lacking in Antispyware

I think that the program Microsoft Antispyware can be
more perfect if it can scan a individual file by itself
for spyware. Otherwise, it would be a waste of time to
constantly scan the whole system if i have downloaded a
program and wish to run it. I hope microsoft will take my
suggestion into consideration.
