Ok here's the deal; Whenever I insert a floppy into my
XP, I can read all the files, I can not;
Edit them
Add files to the floppy
Delete files
Basically it's like a read only. It looks like it works,
but as soon as I take out the floppy and put it back in
and refresh it, it's back to square 1! I know nothing is
wrong with the floppy, I can write to it and e.t.c on my
98
Any help appreciated

(P.S Dunno what this has to do with it but my E:\ Drive
(CD Copier)Is broken currently if that may have an effect)

Format a floppy on the XP machine. Copy your floppy on a non XP machine and
then copy the file to the XP formatted floppy.

A shot in the dark. A few BIOS have a setting to set the
legacy floppy drives to read only. Check it out.
