a DLL that i need for a program

Does anyone know the ---- LAME_ENC.DLL module?
I'm trying to install an audio editor program and the
program is telling me that this module is missing from my
system.
 
Go to TechNet at microsoft.com,type:.dll error
You should get directed to the .dll on-line utility

IIRC that's the LAME freeware audio encoder. Just google for it.
