A database of demographic data about 1000 people

I am a College professor looking for a database of about 1000 records
containing demographic data for fictional individuals.

Have you been out to Microsoft's Template Gallery. It is reachable through
any Microsoft application under the Help menu.

This may not meet your needs, but have you considered taking demographic
data from non-fictional individuals and "scrambling" the connection between
person and data?

I had thoughts about it but I don't have 1000 "rea" records of data.

I am starting the process of taking random first and surnames and building
records using the randomizer functionality for demographic data.

Thanks. It is only summary, statistical data, I believe. Neat DOS-window
program that comes with it. I still have to explore all the "dbf" files that
were decompressed.
