A couple of things

I reinstalled windows yesterday because my computer was
freaking out and that was the only way I knew how to fix
it. After doing this I have two problems/questions.

One is that when I start windows it plays the sound and
then shows my wallpaper and then takes about a minute
before loading anything.

Another is that I now have a bunch of things that appear
in the startup in msconfig that have never before and I
have no idea what they do or if I can turn them off. Some
of them are: ezcjrp.exe, bawlrmq.exe, winint.exe,
dzdiauu.exe, zvwgur.exe. These all seem very "spyware-
ish" to me.

Did you install to a clean hard drive or just over the top of Windows ?

Hi,

I would recommend you to scan your system for Spyware. A
good anti-spyware software is Lavasoft's Ad-Aware. You
can

I just used my system restore disks that came with my
computer which wipes out everything and starts over
exactly how it was when I bought it.

Hi,

Did you make sure when you re-installed that you were
disconnected from the net? Also best if possible to
download and save spyware software on CD, floppy, USB data
sticks and install them before connecting to the net.
