A couple of questions...

Some times while using IE6 when I click on a link it will
start to load the requested page but then hang. I can not
close that page or get it off my screen. Is 'Task
Manager ' supposed to close these? It dose not.
When I go to start/programs/accessories/system
tools/system infromation nothing happens, how do I make
this work?

Does it never clear up by itself?
I can not

Are you saying that you bring up the Task Manager Window, go to the
"Applications" tab, highlight IE6 from the list, and clik on the "End
Task" button, it does not end the task? Never?

Are you saying this never works, or only when IE6 is stuck?

And while you are in Task Manager, clik on the "Processes" tab and see
if any tasks are taking up more than their share of the CPU's time.
