Hello,

I've noticed a perplexing problem with my I.E 6.0 (sp1)
It seems I'm occasionally unable to open links through
buttons.

For example, if I were to do a net search from the google
homepage and hit the 'search' button, it will depress but
nothing will happen. Were I to open a new instance of
the browser (or simply click on a traditional link and
open in new window) and repeat the process it will
succeed. But only for a certain length of time. Were I
to come to another button a few pages in, I may find
myself in the same situation.

I know there is a known issue wherein I.E won't open any
links but this isn't exactly my problem. It's only where
buttons are concerned and then only some of the time.

Any ideas?

Hope this will help.

If you have a popup killer it may be the cause.
