a bridge is the solution?

I have a server with 2 nics one of 10/100 MBps and the ather of 10/100/1000 MBps and two workgroups. Each one is connected on one nic. The 2 workgroups doesn't see each other. How can I make it to see each other?
 
Are you talking about "seeing" as in browsing via My Network Places? If so,
make a domain and install a Wins server.
