A 2006 calendar that could fit in a header and foot of paper.

I am not good with computers and I work for a doctor that would like the 2006
calendar on top and bottom of his progress notes. Help?

Which software does the doctor use for his "progress notes"?

Once you find out the software he is using, post your question to one of the
appropriate newsgroups for the software.

Note that this newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database software) and
not general computer "access".
