It looks like I can get any one for the same price. 9800SE or 9600XT from
Ebay or 9600 Pro from a local shop. Does anyone have a suggestion? I am
finding them for about $160. Also would this be a big improvement from my
Gforce 200TI?

Given the small range of prices between those boards I'd go with the 9600XT
as it is the best performer out of the bunch. How improved it will be over
the GeForce you have will probably depend on your machine specs I'd think.

For 40$ more, you can get 9800 non pro at Circuit City. They are
selling a 'built by ATI' one for 199$ until Saturday, after which the
price would go back to probably 250$.

I got one on Sunday at Circuit City.

The improvement over my 8500 has been outstanding.

Note: The Circuit City offer is not available on-line......in-store only. If
you decide to get one you may need to ask a CSR to check their "back" room.
Seems that at least one of my local CCs has hidden their stock of 9800s
away. No idea why....but ask and you might get one as they are apparently
getting scarce.

The truth is out there. You just have to look in the right places and ask
the right questions.
