9800se help needed

Hi All,

I have just got a Herculese 9800se All in Wonder graphics card.

It was easy to install and the performance seems very good but, I just
cannot seem to get the TV tuner to work. I have installed all the
software and fitted the aerial but when I press tv on the remote all i
see is a black screen.

I would be really grateful if any of you could advise me on a possible
solution to my problem, and send detailed instructions in plain
english (I'm not too up on techie jargon).

1 - Do you hear audio?

I've had this problem with a regular ATI Tunner card... did you
UNINSTALL older ATI drivers for another card?

What is the rest of your hardware stats? What was the previous setup?
