cheap games
FYI I've got two computers set up, one with a 9800Pro and the other
with a x1300 (plain with 64bit bus, no fan).
I play unreal tourny 2004 on both and the x1300 is a bit slower than
the 9800Pro, but playable with all the settings on highest. I prefer
the 9800 for playing, but the x1300s not all that slow for a cheap-o
card with a 64 bit bus, and the 9800 benefits from a 600mhz faster
cpu. ATI recommends at least a 450watt power supply with the x1300.
I like the 9800pro's picture quality a little better but it's hard
to say what's causing that. The Pro is on some two year old version
of the drivers and the x1300 has the drivers from last summer.
