One question, is there any possibility that a 9800 SE means special edition, I know someone convinced that it does, even though it means secondary edition, right?

Thanks, harry

I've always thought it mean S*** Edition, but i guess i was wrong there :/ .

Sorry, had to do it. Anyway, ive always thought it was Special Edition, like when you see them films with the not so clever kids in, the mum or dads call them special. Thats like the 9800pros the dad with his "Special" son ;).

Yeah but how can it be a special version of a £125 min GPU when he got it for £50 boxed. I've asked around and people say secondary but as you say reef, maybe its that kind of "special"

too big a gap in preformence between 9800se and 9800pro. also, considering the price difference between the two, buying a 9800se would be a terrible thing too do.

some people have soft modded there 9800se too pro's, and some people have soft modded there 9800pros too XTs. depends if your lucky enough too have a card that can be softmodded.
