Hi,

I've just bought myself a nice new PC with a 9800 PRO (128), it's
running at 8xAGP under Windows XP PRO (DirectX 9b). I've just ran
3DMark PRO (Latest version) and have a score of 5600. Does anyone know
if this is any good? any tweaks I can do in the BIOS to improve
performance (I'm using a MSI 848P Neo Motherboard with 512MB of DDR
RAM).

Thanks,
Jamez

Thats what the online result browser is for.

If you'd tell us what processor/ram you are running, that would help. My
2.8ghz,512MB, win2kpro, 9800pro is getting 5800 on 3dMark03.

Sorry, its a P4 2.8Ghz, 512MB DDR RAM.

Your score is about right. You can overclock it to score well over 6000,
and your cpu as well.

oh yer
barton 2500 @ 200*10.5 (2100mhz)
corsair pc3200 @ 200mhz
gigabyte radeon 9700np

3dmark 2001 16675
3dmark03 5532

Bullshit...I get around 5000 on a stock 9700 Pro, you wanna tell us the
real

There is nothing odd about the below scores at all. My (overclocked)
9700pro gets almost 19000 3dmark2k1 and just over 6000 3dmark2k3 on a 2.3ghz
1700+.
