9700np mods?

can i mod this to 9700pro or 9800pro?
have oc card but it always reverts to defualts after rebooting pc

what r they specs for 9700pro

currently mine are 275/275

Mod to 9800 not possible; there's a real hardware difference.

Clocks for 9700 Pro are.. 340/315, i think.

Just overclock it using whatever program you like... i always use the
utility included in the Omega drivers. You have to check some marks and
click some buttons to save the settings.

I recently modded my Saphire 9700NP to a 9700PRO by flashing a 9700PRO bios
to it. My clock speeds are now the 9700PRO spec of 325/310 default, and
from what I read, I have headroom to overclock even more. No problems
whatsoever.

Go to the Tweakers & Overclocking forum at Rage3D. Follow a thread started
by mufu all about 9700NP's (it's long!). He has all the info, including the
bios he posted (97PmufuN.bin) and where to find others, a program to flash
it with (flashrom) and what brands of video memory work best for modding and
overclocking (Samsung or Hynix). Look at your card to see what memory you
have.

yup well chuffed :)
can even overclock , had trouble getting 325/310 before i flashed bios !!!
