I have a client who is using a workbook that he saves to
a shared drive on the server. Another office person
accesses the document and when she tries to PRINT PREVIEW
and PRINT, the document is no longer one sheet but two.
I compared the document settings on both ends and they
are identical. Interesting to note that only when I
change the scaling in Page Setup from 100% of original
size to 99% is fits properly. Any ideas why these two
documents do not print the same way? I suspect that it
has to do with the fact that the document was created
when there was a different printer installed. All users
print to the same printer. I remember a similar problem
with Publisher '97 and print settings. Any help would be
so much appreciated!-Lorie Ann
