How do i start this? OK Just got this card and excited about it but my
games plays good exept halo. there is a straight line appears on the
character or weapon every now and then. what seems to be the problem.

One more thing, I did a 3dbechmark03 and it scored 1955, it feels like
something is not right.

soyo platinum, xp2200
526 ddr 2700 from kingston
80g hd western digital

I hoping somebody can tell me how to fix this.

Thanks

The 9600 SE is a stripped down version of the 9600.

Not worth getting in my opinion. Try to take it back if you can and get the
9600xt.

You need to give more info if the guru's in here are to help (not including
myself in that - purely an occasional poster). Things like your driver
version, whether fast writes are on (should be off), whether VPU recover is
on (I tend to disable it), your mobo, whether the mobo drivers have been
loaded properly etc.

Having said that Bill isnt wrong. I have the Sapphire 9600 Pro here and 3D
Mark 03 gives me 3,300 with nothing overclocked. These cards are now about
half the price I originally paid and still falling - can you swap the SE?
