Gotta hate them ATI people taking over my file associations to play mpg's
etc....I will fix them :-)

BUT

Got my new ATI 9600XT, breeze of an install and gotta love it...I use flight
simulator and wow got minimum 10 plus increase in FPS and the graphics
pretty as hell...

What a treat for Christmas.

They can't do it unless you let them. Same thing happens if you use the
default install of almost any media player.

They never gave me the option, just took over all the file associations and
I had to go back and reset them.
Maybe I should have used the custom install instead of the express. Learn
everyday.

Anyway no big thing. The card is working well
