9600XT AiW video difficulty!!!

Hi all,

I'm using 9600XT AiW and I'm having issues with it. On windows mode
the windows/buttons are very inresponsive that it could take a long
time before some window response or button get the click message. And
sometime it just crashed/hanged that I need to reboot. I've checked
there's not much CPU utilization but more of a video thing.

For games I tried fullscreen 3D (WC3) and it's all super choppy frames
and can only go to four corners....

What can I do?? Any clue?

People told me that it could be 'bad fan' for the video card. Anybody
got similar experience? It sounds hard to find an exact replacement
fan as a lot of them don't fit!!!

Any suggestion?
