Hey everyone, I know that the 9600SE is pretty much seen as the sh!t edition
but all I'm looking for primarily is better TV Out quality for a HTPC. From
what I've read ATI's TV out is much better than nVidia's, does the same hold
true for the lesser SE models?

On rare occasions I'll watch RTCW demos on the TV as well @ 640x480, would
I expect to see any increase in performance compared to the now archaic
GFmx2?

Lastly, is the 9600SE compatible with ATI's HDTV Component out dongle?

Thanks,
Jon

Anyone? This is the main question that I need an answer to.

Thanks,

Yes. TV out quality is better and the software supporting it is better.
Gamers diss the SE because the memory bandwidth is chapped in half, but that
doesn't hurt TV output.

And an extra $25~30 means double the performance!
